hi sir.my son is 2 years 6 months old.he is eat any food.but he's weight is not improve and he is very very slim.what can i do?

A. If your child is eating well and still if the growth is not proper as it is supposed to be then I would recommend you to get a check with your doctor and possibly be seen with a child due to nutritional deficiency as well and supplements to go ahead with
