hi sir,my son 12 years got eye power of minus 2.5..is it possible to reduce it ? plz suggests food habits to reduce power .thank u.

A. kindly use right number of spectacle. it can help to reduce number. reduce the tv time and less usage of mobile. encourage the kid more in physical activity. serve balance diet to the kid. take care and all the best.
