my 3 years old daughter has +8 power on her eyes.she wear glasses all time.how to reduce power and how much time it will take to be normal power

A. Its +8 that’s what you are mentioning so it’s a number which is close to your child is not able to see close I am very sorry to say but these numbers are mostly permanent only to later in the eat after the 18 if everything goes well you can get a surgery done but as of now there is no way that you can increase it I would you say that try to give more of iron rich diet to the child hopefully that should be
