hi sir my daughter is of 7 month 20 days ... can I give her tummy friendly food name . ingredients is oats , spinach and green moong

A. yes can give oats, spinach, moong dal to ur 7 month old baby.. all these are easy to digest. give 2 to 3 times semi solid food to him. tc
