hi sir... my 9month old daughter is having rashes in left lower eyelid.. no pain as such .. wat could be the cause?

A. See if it's any allergy or conjunctivitis. if it's the same way , I feel It's better to show your kid to doctor and check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
