hello dr. my 22 months old baby girl has swelling over left lower eyelid and mild at right lower eyelid since 1 day. can you pls tell me the cause and pls suggest treatment.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. A baby's swollen eye or eyes can be caused by something temporary and harmless, such as crying or rubbing. But allergies, a blocked tear duct, an insect bite, a sty, a chalazion, or blepharitis can also cause inflammation or swelling. For these conditions, a cool compress is often helpful.
