Hi Sir/Mam, My Twin boyz..got their lower middle 2 teeth in pair. But at Upper middle only 1 is growing in both of them. 1st,s right one n 2nd,s left one. is this normal..or its a concern....

A. Hi there can be difference in eruption process among two adjacent teeth. you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process.
