Hello ma’am Use the usable diapers through the day and you can use a disposable diapers at the nighttime because that my child will feel much more comfortable and will sleep comfortably because it has a much better soaking capacity then I regular cloud diaper. So during the day or whenever your child is sleeping you can use a regular use and throw diaper otherwise a regular diaper
