my pediatrician suggested me give enfamil (stage 1) ..same 1 month I started to give formula milk..my BM is not sufficient for my baby da... so for a day I give 3 times formula milk at 11 am 5 pm 11 pm ...started from 30 ml of formula milk ... my baby is drinking both BM ND formula milk ..

1- Firstly take balanced diet like include all food groups like fruits, vegetables, dal, egg, grains,milk and products, fat like nuts almond or walnut.
2- Include milk atleast 2-3 glasses per day. This helps to secreate good quality milk. 
4- Include Garlic, basil, cumin, ajwain, fengureek seeds, saunf, gourds, green papaya, dairy products, red Masoor dal ,bottle gourds, ridge gourds, oats, flax seeds powder , ragi, in your diet
5- Give more skin to skin touch to your baby. Feeding is emotional phase. Baby touch secreate milk.

same problem for me also...I also suffered a lot like you.  check ur breastfeed secretion ... and for breadfeed secretion go with sea food if ur non vegetarian... or else go with secretion tablet consult ur doctor...( after this problem only I gave bottle feed ( formula milk ) ...  don't worry ...  check with doctor regarding ur breastfeed or consult to give formula milk side by side with breastfeed .

it is called cluster feeding new born do this when they go through growth spurt just keep feeding the baby on demand cluster feeding will last a day or two .New born do this it is ok my baby also whose to drink milk for one hour and then again ask for feed within an hour don't worry it will last only for a month it's a new world for baby don't worry about milk it will be enough for baby

If baby had enough milk, check for these. 
There would be adequate wet nappies or diapers.
Colorless and odourless urine
No pain in urination
Baby seems content after breastfeed not cranky and irritated.
Check you your breast after feed, they should feel light (empty)
Breast milk is produced on demand and supply basis - if you are producing good milk that means the baby is sucking well. Baby is using your breast to comfort himself and make them feel safe. Breastfeeding is not just giving  nutrients to your  baby also it's about making baby feel secure and comfortable. this phase doesn't last long hardly a year or little more. As babies get older they start to be more interested in their surroundings and not require constant feeding. It is fine for him to feed to sleep and to feed for comfort. Like we have coffee and tea for no reason. Just like that.
