hi post lcsc March 2020 , I dint get periods till Jan which hon after taking progesterone pills. now periods ve been irregular my last period was on. aug 11 ve not gt periods till today pls suggest wat to do , is it jus delayed periods do I ve to wait to consult??

A. in breastfeeding periods are irregular. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
