hi doctor ... I have pcod problem in March 2020.. I got married in August 2020... and then I conceived and delivered a boy baby in September 2021.. next month October periods came..after October ..November 2021 to Jan 2022 periods did not came... please suggest what should I do?

A. try to cut junk n calories. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
