it might happen because of nutritional deficiencies.
so I advise to take Healthy and nutritious diet.
take calcium rich food like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping
try heating pad like Babyhug heating pad to get relief in pain
