hi my son is now 7 yrs old what should be the schedule of his age

Author of questionMom of 3 children1 week agoA. yes thank you for your response but my main concern is he sleeps between 7 to 7.30pm. After cmg from school he plays in home for half n hr and he do home work n study for some time and eat and sleep that is his schedule.. how is this schedule I want to know is it right or wrong

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello! Do you mean the daily schedule of the general activities? Well, get up around at least by 6 to 6:30 AM in the morning. Get a good sunlight exposure. have breakfast between 7.30 and 9 AM. Attend school as per the school hours. Carry food for short break and lunch. Have a small snack by evening around 3 PM, go for playing. Come back study for sometime and have a good delicious dinner at home.
