Hi my son is having since yesterday evening. I am giving calpol and meftal as the fever is around 101-102 Still fever is not reducing.. only fever no other symptoms... please advise what should I do.. please help urgently

A. dear mom. do give your kid paracetomol syrup in evrry 6 hourly in right dose. offer lots of fluids. and if no improveme t after 3 days better to consult your doctor.
