hello my son is having fever since yesterday. we are giving calpol but after every 6 hrs he has 101 or 102 fever. plz help

A. give him paracetamol paediatric oral suspension IP 250mg every 6hr he gets well soon but after eating some meals for 3 days if you baby doesn't get well then give it to anti infection syrup (azee 200)syrup one a day after eating some meals one time in a day for five days your baby get well definitely

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the wthole body with tapn water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
