My son is 3.3 yrs now. He spell all alphabets, numbers, animals, colors, shapes and rhymes, but he doesn't calls us mom and dad. and also doesnt respond to his name. Also doesn't communicate with us.He repeats sometimes when I say something to him that to related to his interest.

What shall I do? Do I need to consult any doctor, if so to whom shall I consult.

My daughter is 4yrs old now and she was also behaving the same then I enrolled her for online class at 3.5yrs. It was difficult for initial 1-2 months to make her sit at the class but now she has got acquainted and responding well at class also responding to us of we ask something.  It was a great transformation with in 5-6months. Give your kid sometime,  let her get interact with other kids of her age and reduce the screen time(TV,mobile) as much as possible.

hi dear mom, first of all consult  paediatrician..take atleast  two three opinion..if all have have opinion
..then you can go by that...trust montherly instincts too..as without observing babys behaviour...I cant say anything...
wish baby is absolutely healthy...
