Q.

hello doctor, my son is 2year 5 month old, he will tell alphabets, numbers, rhymes, colors shapes and many’s things... but he won’t talk to me and won’t call mom and dad... and he is friendly moving with all...

A. hi my baby boy is 28month but he speak a to z alphabrt but not speak mummy papa what cam I do??

A. for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audio-visual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will halso be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .
