hi my son is 16months he stand on toes n dont put complete foot .he crawls stand but dont walk..what should i do ?he only speaks mummaaa n nothing else ..is it normal too? please advise.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 16 months old and he use to stand up on his toes so he is having his ankle tendon short and so he can not touch his heel on the floor
