hi my son is 1.6 yr old still he didn't have upper lateral incisor teeth but he having lower lateral incisor and four molar teeth is there any problem

kids usually get their central and lateral incisors teeth first and then molar teeth erupts.
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition and any treatment if required

it is natural process
if you're child have any discomfort please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
