Hi my doughter is 11 years old and she got her frist period today 6th day and still she is having heavy bleeding plz suggest something ..

A. during first 2 to 3 periods there may be heavy flow which is nothing to be worried about just give proper nutritious diet and take and maintain proper hydration by giving water and other liquids to the baby if the bleeding continues for more than 10 days you can consult with your gynecologist
