Hi, My daughter is about 6 years old. she has chubby cheeks. she is like that way from birth. But recently an opthamologist asked "Is this normal? Have you consulted a doctor for that?" Should I be worried about that? Thanks!

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. you have to ask the doctor as why this comment was made whether it is normal or abnormal. also you can we verify this with your paediatric patient. the chubby cheeks are totally normal but if the doctor has seen anything different then you have to inform the doctor about it

VishruthaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hi momma having chubby cheeks is very normal, dont worry. So as long as baby is active atleast 3 hours a day and happy and eating and sleeping well and growing well as per age, there should be no issues.
