hi my child is 2.5 year old ... he gets chest congestion very easily ... after every few days he has problem of chest congestion and we have to nebulise him on kind of regular basis . what should i do ?

whether your child might be suffering from decreased immunity or it might be due to allergy
you can go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger Honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. 
also you can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. 
avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. 
try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment
