My son often often falls I'll,he has chest congestion and cough..temp too..what is the reason for chest congestion..??? How can I ward of tht congestion..??

Cough is a response of the body defence mechanism where the respiratory tract tries to expel the external factors by producing excess of mucous and cough reflex. 
Most of the times it's infective in origin . Viral infection are most common. gc
A proper examination is required before giving any medication. 
Antitussive / bronchodilator/ expectorant medicine are given as per need.

Hi Sometimes it is repetitive due to the food habits of the child sometimes it could be due to the weather but most probably if this issue is there that’s mostly due to some kind of an allergy the child is suffering from so you should get a check ones with your doctor
