Hi my baby suffering from cold from last 4 to 5 days. I have used Cetzine R syrup , but still running nose. but baby is active. pls suggest which syrup can I try...

A. Wikoryl you can give but I hope you have consulted the doctor before the medicine that you gave because it’s very important that you do not self medicate the child and if it has been some days where child is not alright then it’s more sensible to visit your doctor was
