HI, my baby is underweight despite constantly giving breast milk. what should I do to increase her weight? she's 4.25 at 2.5 months.

A. Hello ma’am So the wait is fine as per two months of age and I would just like to tell you if your child gains minimum of 500 g to 1 KG every month and that’s it that is considered a very healthy weight gain and if the birth weight double by the age of six months or even before that is ideal a healthy weight gain
