Q.
Hi My baby is of 11 month old. After drinking milk he ate amla (Gooseberry) Is there any problem in that? Please suggest

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. No problem but in future you can keep a gap of atleast half an hour between them and hope you introduced solid foods and finger foods to tue baby take care

Nihita mittalMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy5 years agoA. good morning absolutely no problem I would recommend however that it should be given to the baby only in the day time because of the sour nature it can cause coughing and cold to the child so avoid it in the evening
