ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. Don't do such remedies. Generally due to delivery there is more of weakness and nutrition loss in your body. Causing irregular menses. Also breastfeeding has effect on menses. Periods may start after one and a half months after delivery or not even till 1 year after delivery. And remains irregular for about 1 year. So not to worry about that. Just have proper sleep with good nutrition. Use proper contraceptive method.
