Hi my baby is 9 months old I can feed boiled egg to her?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Right now bird flu is spreading sonurs better to avoid giving egg to the baby and stick to vegetarian diet and give a healthy and nutritious diet comprising of lentils seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables and add desi ghee in meals

yes,you can.
but as you are introducing it first time ,offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not.
