can I give boiled egg to my 9 months baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, but only yellow part, Eggs whites are one of the big allergy-triggering foods, so you should avoid introducing them to your baby until 12 months, though you can try egg yolks at around 9 months.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning after completion of eight months if you want you can introduce eggs to your baby in the boiled from there is absolutely no problem in the beginning I would recommend you to give only white portion
