Ondem is used for vomiting as far as I know. Are you sure the doctor suggested Ondem? You can take satavari powder. Give skin to skin touch to the baby. Shatavari powder you should take three times in the day if it helps in increasing your lactation then at least you’ll be able to feed as much as you can other than the milk that your doctor has recommended so you can go ahead with that and food should be started only after completing the time of six months not before that
