hi , my baby is 3yr 5m old. she is suffering from a cold and pain in her ears also. can you tell good syrup for baby.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician2 years agoA. Hello,your baby girl is 42 months old and she is having a cold and ear pain so give her syrup sinarest 7 ml three times a day and use otiflox ear drops twice a day

which will help in decreasing the pain for now and then meet your doctor to find the cause of ear pain
because it can be due to infection as well as cough and cold.
during an emergency you can use otogesic ear drops
(2drops in the ear)
