Hi, my baby is 3months old. Inaddition to breastfeeding, i want to express the milk and feed my baby. Is breast pump effective and painless for this ?? Or i should hand express??

A. hello dear mum, it is best to feed directly . breast pumps are good and pain less .. it is good to use electric breast pumps .. they are more efficient .
