Q.
Hi , My baby is 30 days old.I have dust allergy , I get more sneezes and running nose.Iam breast feeding my baby, will my baby get cold because of me.

No need to worry
Take turmeric milk twice daily
Avoid exposure to dust
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Wear mask
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate feeding
Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment or try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
