Hi my baby is 3 months old and she is getting boils on her body especially on face and hands

They Do look like mosquito bites to me and nothing else but still says I cannot be very sure about the fact whether they are mosquito bites or something else you please can you check with your doctor because that way you’ll be much more clear and I am sure about as to what is the issue and how do you need to deal with it
