Hi,my baby is 2month 28days old...baby was suffering from cough and cold

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor accordinfg to the type of coughhc.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. The paediatrician would be able to help you with the right medicine for this Sanjay chalice too small I would not suggest you to go ahead with any medicine so first you have to be more sure about it after getting it checked with your doctor
