Hi, my baby is 25 days old and has gastrocolic reflex. The baby is exclusively on breastfeeding. She passes stool with normal amount almost 10-12 times a day which is very watery and does it in a forceful manner like a pichkari. Other than that she passes tiny amount of stool 25-30 times a day..everytime she cries, is on feed or just when she is awake or wakes up from sleep. This has caused severe diper rashes even after using diper rash cream throught the day. I use cloth diapers during the day and disposable diapers only during night which is changed every 3-4 hrs. Please suggest remedy to reduce the stool frequency. My pediatrician says its quite normal but the rashes are causing real panic to the baby.
