ok..she is always active....consistency dosen't changed...as same as before....i'm only breast feeding her....once a day now i started giving little bit of water ....just for tasting it

Hello dear 
Don't give any medicine without doctor's prescription..and its normal..my baby used to do in 3-4 days..and once he did after a week..if your baby poop is not tight then let it be like this otherwise you may take pediatrician consultation..but i would say give only mother's milk..if giving formula milk then stop it for sometime..

no.. nothing should be given without the pediatrician consultation.. please don't give anything without the pediatrician consultation

it is normal in small babies...
poop routine of babies keep on changing... sometimes they can poop upto 5-6 times a day and sometimes they can poop once in a 6-7 days... all are normal...
just keep a watch on the consistency of the poop...
also if the baby is healthy and active otherwise then you should not worry too much
