hi my baby is 2.5 months old , weight is 5 kgs, he got his 14 weeks vaccination temperature is 102 ,I give him 3 doses of paracetamol, but the temperature is constant 100 it's not decreasing, can you please tell me, can I give him the drops? and how much can be given?

Your child is too small I would still recommend you to 1st consult your doctor if the fever generally doesn’t subside within 72 hours it’s not a normal fever and the fever is high despite of continuous medication with the fever is not control or constantly one or two or so then check with the doctor
