Hi
My baby is 18 months old, she has dirt accumulated around her neck and thigh folds. I bathe her everyday using mild babywash and gram flour once in a week however the accumulated dirt just doesn't go. Pls advice what should I do?

just maintain proper hygiene further here  you can follow the advice of your doctor and your doctor will explain you in a proper way and if required after a proper  assessment .
Its always bfetter if you follow your doctor advise with  a proper guidance for the concerning matter.

Hello dear parent, we'll what that dusts you should know. Or whether it is sweat all accumulating  in the folds. 
You must keep your baby well hydrated. And clean.these Reas twice or thrice in a day using soft cotton cloth. Good luck and take care
