A. Madam you can definitely wait for the paediatrician to respond I would just like to tell you over here without having a proper checkup and a picture or anything for that matter to have an evaluation is difficult to give you a proper advice so I would advise you to consult a paediatrician in person still if you would want to wait you can the doctors would be available to take your query
