ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. che k if it's heat rashes apply dusting powder It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

If the problem is severe then you can take advice from your doctor after a personal evaluation. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
