i started with offering dal khichdi which has watery consistency.
i also kept trying other food items like daal ka paani, mashed banana, and oats

You can start giving new foods in small quantities preferably in the mornings for better digestion. Try giving foods like daal or chaaval paani, apple purée, ragi, mashed bananas, homemade cerelac and so on. Continue with breastfeeding.
