ManishaMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. Dear you can give 2 to 3 times in a day. In starting give a small quantity n after that u can increase it as per baby requirement.
You can give rice porridge, boiled n mashed potatoes, Home made cerelac n mashed daal rice also...even u can give boiled n mashed apple (one fourth apple will b enough in starting), boiled vegetables puree etc.
If ur baby is on formula feed make sure to give the best formula milk which has HMO. HMO means it will be near to mothers milk. I am using Aptamil Gold Stage 2 to my 8 months old. U can also try it coz it has HMO which improves gut system of baby n boost immunity too.
