Hi. My baby gut is always constipated. I tried everything. U don’t ant to give external laxatives.

Prune juice you can give the night before sleeping and also apply some castor oil in the night before sleeping and in the afternoon one time and lastly I’m going to recommend you to start the day with a glass of warm water in general now you should include more fibres and fluids into the diet of your child these things I’m sure it will help
