Q.

Hi my baby girl is 14month old she have dry skin problem, specially in shoulder n beside neck area her skin is dry. Every time I'm using DERMADEW ALOV LOTION to get rid of this problem. It's heel with lotion . But my concern is why her skin dry frequently I mean 2 times in month and specially in shoulder n neck area.. Rest of her body I didn't find any dryness. Pls suggest some good remedies or medicine

A. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated give Massage to your child daily keep your child in well vantileted room don't use soap while bathing your child don't give bath for more than 10 minutes provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
