#AskTheExpert my baby is facing dry skin problem near neck n shoulder area. In month 2times my baby facing same issue Can u pls suggest what to do.. Right now im using DERMADEW aloe cream.

A. Toy can apply Cetaphil baby daily lotion as it is water based and contains glycerine and Shea butter and keeps skin hydrated for long hours and apply it twice a day
