Hi, My baby boy is not feeling good. Suffering from fever since 2 days also have cold, today he has done shit 7 times. I am scared, please help me

It is a combination drug containing Chlorpheniramine (anti-histamine/antiallergic) and phenylephrine (decongestant), primarily used to treat common cold symptoms like runny nose, congestion, watery eyes, sneezing.
