ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, at the age of 5 months, you should not give egg, cerelac and any other top food. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
