there is no need to worry about it .most probably kids wake up at night because they feel tired . Give them warm milk before sleep which helps in good sleep and try to give them gentle massage in legs before sleep

also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep likef temperature variations as well as the mattress problem.
rule out constipationx which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern
