Q.

Hi. My 5 month old baby is exclusively breastfed. I nurse him most of the time but sometimes I pump in the emergencies. But I unable to pump more than 90-100ml at a time even though my supply is regular and sufficient for my baby. Is it normal that pumping gives lesser milk?

A. hi yes it is ok. don't worry. just try to offer more and more breastfeeds which help to increase your breastmilk supply. massage your breasts with coconut oil. if a child weighs enough, looks happy and active, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,no need to worry about it much.
